Please read the following carefully before making a reservation. Completing a booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- Book online via this site → You will receive a confirmation email
- On your pickup date, collect the vehicle at the store or an agreed location
- Please return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel
- After return, the vehicle will be inspected and the booking is complete

* With CDW, your deductible in the event of an accident is zero. Without CDW, a standard deductible applies.

To cancel, please contact us by phone (090-1187-0802) or email.
- Please present a valid driver's license at pickup
- Driving without a valid license, or while suspended or expired, is not permitted
- Additional drivers must also present their licenses
- If you have held your license for less than 1 year, please contact us in advance
The vehicle will be provided with a full tank. Please return it with a full tank as well.
If the fuel level is below full upon return, you will be charged for the difference.
Fuel type: Regular unleaded gasoline
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Allowing unlicensed persons to drive
- Subletting or transferring the vehicle to a third party
- Use in racing, reckless driving, or illegal activities
- Smoking inside the vehicle (all vehicles are smoke-free)
- Transporting pets (please contact us in advance)
- Any modifications or customizations
- Exceeding the contracted rental period without notice
- In the event of an accident, immediately call the police (110) and ambulance (119) if necessary, and contact us as well
- Do not negotiate directly with other parties involved
- For breakdowns, contact us and we will arrange roadside assistance
- Repair costs for accidents or damage caused by the customer are the customer's responsibility (waived with CDW)

If you need to return the vehicle late, please call us in advance. Unreported late returns may affect other customers' bookings and may incur a late fee of ¥1,000/hour.
Personal information provided at the time of booking (name, phone number, email address) will be used solely for reservation management and sending confirmation emails. It will not be shared with third parties.
